CHEYENNE, WY / ACCESSWIRE / January 19, 2021 / MJ Biotech, Inc. (OTC PINK:MJTV), is pleased to announce that it's partner Genesis Botanical Research, has secured the location for the first of their CBD extraction facilities. The facility, once constructed, will be owned by MJTV's wholly owned subsidiary New England Biotech, Inc.
This first CBD extraction facility will be located in Sagadahoc County in the Mid-Coast-Central Maine area. The facility is expected to be operational in the Third or Fourth Quarter of 2021. It is the plan of the company to have a second CBD facility operational within 12 months after the opening of the first CBD facility or sooner.
Steps have already been taken by Genesis Botanical Research in anticipation of the completion of the first facility, to secure high quality reliable sources of Hemp for the CBD extraction. Within just a few short months of opening, the facility expects to be at or near full capacity and will be generating revenue before the end of 2021.
