According to the Complaint, the Company made false and misleading statements to the market. First High-School Education Group misrepresented the material adverse threat to its business posed by the Chinese government's new rules, regulations, and policies. Based on these facts, the Company's public statements and documents released throughout the IPO period were false and materially misleading.
